My wife and I have contracted to Armadale Strata Management for about 12 months. They have been by far one of the best people to contract for. They always pay on time, easily reachable on phone calls and have a great understanding of what is happening in each of the locations that we have had to do work at. 5 stars all the way. Highly recommend to any complex or apartment owners if they are looking for a management agent that has an amazing relationship with their contractors.

I have found Colette to be honest, approachable, efficient, consistent and the fees less expensive than many. Over the years difficult issues have arisen, and these have been dealt with in calm, professional and methodical way. I have no hesitation in recommending Armadale Strata Management Margret Hodgson.
Terrible strata management company, do NOT use under any circumstances! Our apartment complex had an issue with stairwell lights being broken. It took nearly four and a half months for them to source an electrician to come and get the repairs done, despite this being an actual safety hazard as the stairwells are in pitch darkness outside of daylight hours. Colette at ASM has been great to work with as a Strata manager. Easy to speak with on the telephone or email and understands the frustrations of apartment living. Always attended to the issues in our complex in a timely manner. Thanks Colette
This company is typical of just about every strata management company in Perth. This one is just as useless and just as ignorant. I actually had to go directly to the shire council to get my concerns addressed on 3 occasions . I wouldn’t trust this solo operator to manage my nephews cubby house. Do yourself a favour and never ever buy into strata. If you do , find another as I have to sell this house before 2 neighbours destroy it and devalue it by their selfish and inconsiderate actions .
