Review for Dr Anton Van Heerden I have seen Dr Anton Van Heerden whilst seeking for a second /third opinion after two previous ophthalmologist’s diagnosis of Macular Degeneration . I moved to this clinic recently after my opthalmologist retired and saw Dr Brent Gaskin. The clinic made the process of moving very easy and everything was extremely efficient from an admin point of view. I am very pleased to have discovered Dr Gaskin who I found impressive as well as patient - he took the time to explain everything.
Consulted with Dr Brent Gaskin for a cosmetic procedure around the eye and very happy with the results. Highly recommended
I had the best possible experiencing this clinic. I needed an emergency appointment, and I was so well taken care of from the receptionist to the doctor.
Just a heads up that a “consultation” with a doctor will set the patient back around $500 for tests etc before they tell you that yes, you need surgery. Not much different to getting a free test at Specsavers and they tell you, yes, you have a cataract!. Just a heads up! After the response from the clinic, I will add that the only reason I am offering this review is because when you enquire about costs involved you cannot get a straight answer. My review is purely a heads up as to costs, I’m not denigrating anyone here.
