I was completely shocked at how bored and disinterested the doctor was. A 3 minute consult resulted in him telling me to go home and google it. I rang the office to complain and they were a bit confused as to how I would do so. I think that shows how important a patient is to them. This review was from 7 years ago. Today I thought I would attend the physiotherapist here. Surely attitudes have changed? Nope. Rude receptionist who got quite snarky when I refused to give a next of kin. Absolutely disgusted my mum who has gone hear for 20+ years had a major surgery and was denied a appointment unless she waited a week. She ended up back in hospital. My uncle who was having chest pains was almost at the doctors was called and told to go home because he was taking to long to get there. Dr Buxton has become a script only doctor useless if you having a life altering or life threatening illness and the reception ladies are rude and arrogant. What a joke trying to get a appointment to get told to call at 8 am to get an appointment to get told every morning no they are gone I called from 758 ,not open called over and over till they answered to get told nothing available
