Absolutely disgusted my mum who has gone hear for 20+ years had a major surgery and was denied a appointment unless she waited a week. She ended up back in hospital. My uncle who was having chest pains was almost at the doctors was called and told to go home because he was taking to long to get there. Dr Buxton has become a script only doctor useless if you having a life altering or life threatening illness and the reception ladies are rude and arrogant. What a joke trying to get a appointment to get told to call at 8 am to get an appointment to get told every morning no they are gone I called from 758 ,not open called over and over till they answered to get told nothing available

I’ve been going there for over 8 years. Ever since Covid peoples behaviour is getting worse. People who work there are rude and becoming prejudice. Especially if you are Asian. I’m tired of being mistreated my son and I will never ever go there again. They also don’t care if have a disability make me wait so long when I have Tourette’s and Autism. I’m also tired of doctor Witherow, I have autism and all she can give me is unhealthful advice. If you can’t help with my diet and mental health don’t even comment!
