It's a very old building, and really heavily used. They do the very best with what they have...absolutely fantastic staff, excellent service, completely happy with everything (except parking...obviously not much can be done about this tho)

The front reception staff were very rude. Another patient was running late when we arrived. We had to wait for her, and she was a good half hour late. It was only a GP appointment so why couldn't she go in before the lady who was late...

I stayed at the Karri ward for two weeks. Those two weeks put me right onto the right path. My medications were sorted and for the first time in ages I had a stable headspace. All the nurses and Pyscharist were Beth of lovely and caring. I can not put into words how much I appreciate every single persons help. Being in over Christmas wasn’t the best experience but the staff went above and beyhond to make it a good day. I thank all of you for the help. Very poor service. Waiting 30 minutes is minimum even if u r on time for appointment. Receptionist is awful. Over 70 years old woman staying there. Looks exhausted already by 11am. Attitude is so bad. No wonder this hospital had so much complaints from everywhere. Go somewhere else if u have options.
