It's a fantastic place to learn amazing skills. It is clear why so many people travel from far and wide to take classes at Armada Glass with Donald. The instruction is excellent. The pieces are so beautiful. You'll be happy with what you get, in terms of classes and the glass itself.
Not sure of quality of glass blower. Hours are inaccurate, location is by APPOINTMENT ONLY and not open to the public. Doesn’t seem to be a storefront but a house?
Cool, quick run-through of your project by a true master before you begin, with helpful hints and reminders along the way, this is a true gem and a must try!!! I literally can't wait to go do the next one!
My family went for the 2hr class and enjoyed it very much. We made glass ladybugs as that was the beginners project. To anyone reading reviews make sure you read through the website and set your expectations. We respected that this is an individual who is sharing his workspace to allow people to learn and appreciate art.
The experience was not one I would return for. The wife was not pleased with how she was treated. We were miss led by advertising, saying we could choose from different creatures. However, we were told we are making lady bugs. The website they run is also a scam. When I was going to sign up, I called. Asked if there was a cut-off on how many could sign up.
