Absolutely terrible company. Rude, pushy collectors demanding ridiculous monthly payments. Lucille, the rep, is always MIA and clearly clueless. The manager is rude, doesn’t seem to know her job and openly trash talks customers and employees in the office loud enough that I can hear her when I come in to pay my son’s bill. Completely unprofessional. Stay far away seriously, RUN.
Don't know why you are calling me...I have nothing in debt and would like you to stop calling my home...I'm so confused on why you feel I have bad credit when I know I have nothing for you to be collecting from me anyways....So why do you keep bothering my family???????????????/
I don't think I can rightfully give a collections agency 5 stars but while I am HIGHLY annoyed at my doctor's office (everett clinic) for sending my debt to a collections agency when no one ever even attempted to call me and only ever sent mail that I didn't see and also didn't notify me of where the debt was sent so I didn't even know who to call to get payment taken care of, the agency itself was not bad. They left voice messages stating that it was an attempt to collect a debt, when I called they told me what the debt amo... read more
