So happy to provide an excellent review for Armac. I specifically want to give a special shout out to Tamara and Dave. Due to some confusion on our part, we did not order therapy equipment for our son's recovery from shoulder surgery. I called Armac while we were in pre-op and Tamara not only located a unit for us, but she contacted a colleague (Dave) to deliver the unit to the surgery center that arrived within hours. These are great people running a great company: the delivery and instructions for use of the equipment were first-rate; the customer service throughout our rental was prompt, friendly, and helpful; and the accommodation of a significant special request was made readily and generously.
We have been using Armac for our baby since he was about 8 months old for a condition he was born with, we will most likely be using them for years to come. From the first call, they had Amanda on the phone searching with me trying to figure out the best show options for him and what she recommended.
