I would never ever work again with them. its been 9 months and no progress on the project. i have to follow up every time with them. Solar panel installed 9 months ago and then could not even pass inspection from the town. I have never seen this much sloppy company. every time, i have to remind them to move forward for the project. They lied to me 3 times that inspection is happening. I signed up with Arma Solar in Dec' 23 and everything seemed well and was promised a weekly update. Starting Feb'24 the updates stopped coming through. Come mid May the panels were up. I had to chase my local township since Arma never made a payment to them and they held the paperwork. I didn't go live till Sept' 24 since the Fuse they installed in April was damaged.
