The customer service and quality of workmanship is honestly A1. Thank you to Linda, Mitch, Daniel, Vas & the installers for your hard work and efforts in making my home safe, We are forever grateful.
Can't recommend these guys enough between measuring and installing shutters and security doors, it took close to 3 weeks. It was supposed to take 2 weeks but due to bad weather it took 3 weeks in total. They were very professional and clean from beginning to the end. It taken me close to a year to write this review not because of laziness but to see if I have any problems with them. Been trying to call someone back since 8 August after they installed our roller shutters to put back the piping they left exposed. The receptionist is clearly either not passing on the message or the company simply doesn’t care since they got their money. Quite disappointed - they have practically ghosted us. If damage is done because of this I will pursue legal matters. Would not recommend.
