Dealing with Arm Security has been exhausting from start to finish. Customer service is poor, and interactions with their representative Jenny were consistently rude and unprofessional. Jenny spoke down to me, questioned my actions when I was unable to immediately comply with her requests, and showed unnecessary aggression when there was an outstanding bill instead of handling the situation calmly and professionally.
