DO NOT Use this brokerage firm if you expect a call back, to be able to get reliable information, or have policy changes take effect prior to renewals. I worked with P. Humes @ Assurance Risk Managers on a CALFair policy in Califonria. P. Humes' office was difficult to get a hold of on multiple occasions, passing me between employees, and requiring multiple follow-up calls and emails needed in order to finally connect. Horrible experience, from staff/management changes to audits @ $250each that cause increases to the premiums. Frowny face :(
