I had a truly terrible experience with ARM International. I purchased plant material that they assured me was 100% healthy and guaranteed to have no problems. The material came directly from the nursery to my customers home. In all my years of business in South Florida, I've never encountered such an issue. Unfortunately, all the trees I received were sick and unhealthy.
