we went to give our dog a bath at the dog wash and it took our money.called the customer number left a message with no call back. my husband took our dog today to give him a bath and a guy rushed in before him locked the door and put the closed sign on. When my husband said your sign says open til 6 and it's only 5:30 the man was very rude and told him I wanted to close early. We won't be going back.
I absolutely love the car wash. It is very well maintained and the owner is very polite and helpful! Best RO water in town.
I absolutely hate your car wash and your customer service is awful. Your equipment is junk. I hardly ever get what I pay for and when I do it always happens to be on my wife's car. Anytime I bring my vehicle here the car wash either quits in the middle of the wash or I don't get the tokens I pay for out of the machine. Your customer service takes days if not weeks to return any phone calls. I hope everyone will steer clear as this place is trying to skimp every quarter they can get. Ripoff.
