This is whom they gave me through Home Depot. The ruined my new door when they installed it. When I talked to the Manager Nikki she told me that the majority of the doors big box stores sell are junk and don't last. I thought this was very unprofessional. Nikki scheduled repair of my door twice and on both occasions the install tech never showed. They are a great company. They are polite and did a great job. I will definitely call them again for future jobs.
(Updated 7-9-2021- they did get a hold of me and apologized for the delay and will be out 7-31-2021, they did good work so hoping they come out, if they do and do good work like before I will update to 5 stars). Just felt it was important to update my review to reflect that they are getting back to me. They came out July 1st, 2021 to install 6 exterior doors.
