Terrible customer service. Waited 20+ days on an item that was listed as in stock and supposed to ship out in 1-2 days. They even gave me a scheduled ship date, and missed it, postponing it by another week. I was only able to get them to ship out the scale after I posted a negative review on their site. That FINALLY got them to send my items out. They thanked me by deleting my account from their website. Don't trust the reviews on their website, they curate their reviews and weed out the bad ones. Great company to do business with. We've had one of Arlyn's platform scales for almost 20 years. We've had repairs done maybe 3 times and each time the company has been quick to respond and quick to make the repair and send the item back to us, all at very reasonable cost. We absolutely recommend Arlyn Scales.
