Do not use state farm. They are horrible to work with and have dragged there feet on even assessing a slab leak. They want me to cut open concrete to repair a burst pipe but refuse to tell me if they will pay to have the concrete or flooring replaced once done. The adjuster has taken 2 weeks and still hasn't come out to look.
Horrible insurer when you make a claim they do not cover it and when you call road service for towing service they make you wait hours and the staff that answers the call answers very rude to customers with very poor customer service. Definitely a lousy insurance company.
Very bad experience, today I had a problem with my car and I needed a tow truck service and it turned out that I didn't have it, which my agent never notified me about, when I spoke to them for an explanation he told me that he had exceeded that service, which I didn't understand because in almost 15 years that I have been with this company I have used it 7 times, he only answered me and told me that he didn't have time at that moment, at least he should have told me that he would call me back to explain it to me, I simply d... read more
