Storage units are great and secure. Communication is lacking. Found out as I was paying that it's a 3 month minimum plus security deposit. Kinda crappy surprise when I only needed the unit for a month or 2 at the most. Called them to notify them my storage unit was empty a month early. When I asked about getting my security deposit back I was told to text my forwarding address and information to them. I did and I never heard from them again they stopped answering my phone calls and I never got my security deposit back..... B... read more
