Just returned to the UK from a stay it this hotel. Myself and my daughter had the best time. The hotel was in a great Central location without being right in the middle of the chaos! It was everything and more than we needed, it was friendly, smelt great, a very comfy bed and the staff were helpful and happy
Stayed at Arlo Midtown on our wedding night (we also used the rooftop bar for our reception) and everything was perfect! We opted for a King Terrace Suite, and we do not regret it at all! The location is great, and the staff was beyond helpful and friendly as well. Yes, the rooms are small and pricey, but that is consistent with staying in NYC. Thanks Arlo for providing us with a wonderful experience on such an important day!!
Great overall. Only small communication issues with phones in room, but otherwise fantastic!
location is right next to time square quick walk to everything. the room was decently sized and very comfortable, the staff was very nice and helpful and it was an overall great 2 night stay.
