In my opinion the complex is a 1 out of a 10 and over priced for what they are providing their residents. At this point, they have 1 maintenance man on duty for the entire apartment complex, unacceptable for the amount of rent we pay. My maintenance requests had been ignored and left opened until I found him in parking lot yesterday to ask him to come out. ( Not his fault as he is only 1 person). After 3 months of living at Arlo I can happily say that my partner and I have thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Not only are the staff attentive and friendly, but they manage our home with honesty and pride. Highly recommend!
Fantastic place
I went to the front office before work to let Geonna know I had an issue with my sink. She told me it would be fixed ASAP. It was taken care of by the time I got home from work. Geonna and the staff at Arlo are very attentive to the residents needs.
TL;DR: The Arlo Apartments Pros: Excellent location, plenty of parking, decent gym and pool, and a convenient mail/package room. Cons: Unhelpful maintenance, frequent electrical breaker trips, lack of hot water, broken amenities (golf simulator), unenforced pet waste rules, weed smell in common areas, and dirty balconies. Bottom Line: A well-located complex with good parking, but ongoing maintenance and community issues make it hard to justify the $2,000/month rent.
