Restaurant/bar side I have no complaints for absolutely amazing. Store side…… horrible most of the girls at the register are nice but the one with the gray/ purple hair and glasses extremely rude flirts with customers making them feel uncomfortable when u have a problem with something she blames it on you and told me “that’s not my problem” I just watched her try to convince a customer that bc she sold him a winning ticket she gets half. I will spend the 10 min drive to forest city for gas to avoid her. That’s all
I have lived here a year and going to renew since it has mostly been very good, the units are nice and have big windows for lots of natural light and it's quiet and peaceful. (at least in my experience since I live on the top floor - made possible by the fast elevators) I recently had an issue where my heat was not working and it was going to be 10° overnight. I called the emergency phone # at about 9pm at night and Claude showed up in about 20min to repair the water heater burner (which is how the apartments get heat). That... read more
Arlo was not the first on my list of places when I began my apartment search but it ended up being the perfect fit. Tours were easy, staff super friendly and informative, building and apartments are modern and in great shape. Parking is good, Amazon lockers in each building, moving was a breeze. I have absolutely no complaints.
