I had the pleasure of living in this complex and I can say it is truly a pleasant experience. The common areas and hallways are cleaned throughly every week. The exterior is landscaped and maintained very well. I never saw a single pest or unwanted critter in any of the buildings ever. My building was very quiet and I could relax after coming home from work. The team at the leasing office is easy to work with and always pick up the phone. An easy choice if you're looking for a quiet place to live with plenty of parking.
Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. Leasing office ladies are nice and enjoyable. Very engaging. Love the events they have for Pi Day, Donut day, etc. Vendors will come and provide breakfast. Close to work and relaxing environment. 10 out of 10 will recommend!
Arlo is quiet and well-maintained, and in a great location close to grocery stores and 202. The leasing office staff are extremely helpful, and the apartments are bright and spacious. We love our kichen!
I’ve lived in a few apartments before, but The Yards at Malvern takes the cake for the worst experience. The towing situation is out of control. Even when I got approval for guests to park, their cars were still towed. It feels like they just want to make money off their own residents and their families. It’s honestly humiliating to invite someone over only to have their car disappear. Management is either clueless or just doesn’t care. This place is run like a trap definitely not a community.
