Been here 7 months so i decided I’d wait to drop a review. I love my apartment very spacious the only thing is the gnats in the warmer months. Couldn’t enjoy my balcony at all! Idk if they were coming in from the outside or the drain & I literally tried everything I felt all summer long I was chasing & killing gnats! Can’t sit a cup down uncovered & apparently after contacting the leasing office it’s a known issue. I’d say don’t get a closed in balcony view! I recently moved in and Phillip was so helpful. From the tour to move in day, everything went so smoothly. The apartment was clean and looked great. Loving all these amenities. Very happy here!
Edit: Still concerned as nothing has changed about the dog park. Piles of dog shit are laying everywhere and there is not another place to let my dog run. It is honestly a health hazard. Nice apartment complex but very questionable “dog owners” live here. If you do not have a use for the dog park, please disregard this review and highly recommend living here.
