I had a very disappointing experience with this company. We received a confirmation for our scheduled cleaning appointment, but on the day of service, no one arrived at the agreed-upon time. They never called ahead of time. I only received calls that they were running late, 50 minutes after the scheduled appointment. The biggest issue was the lack of communication.
