if i could give 0 stars i would. this is genuinely one of the worst places ive ever been. i reported my ac being broken over a year ago and they still have not fixed it. i quite literally had a pet die from the heat and still nothing. they dont care about the tenets at all, and only care about money. they have broken my lease several times on their end, and have raised my rent multiple times with no warning. then, when i have to pick up extra hours at work due to them raising it, they decide to schedule a surprise inspection... read more
DO NOT MOVE HERE! Nothing gets fixed, office staff do not care about anything but money. There’s constant gun shots in the houses behind the apartments, which also happens to have over 90 registered sex offenders behind the complex. The cops hardly ever come out for things. The apartments are full of drugs and illegals. The people below us leave the gas stove on cooking and will leave and have almost burned our apartment down several times.
