The new management are very professional compare to the previous one.There are so many positive changes to the facility that helps residents to be more looked after and to be more safer.they are so quick on responding to any emergency maintenance, even the office is closed Team members are So helpful. I am happy with the leasing office team right now starting from Tamika - property manager

Extremely unprofessional management. Overall it is GHETTO, kids without parental supervision stealing and breaking apart peoples bikes inside the COMMUNITY bike room. Same teenagers/kids are biking in the garage and purposefully taunting people coming in and out. Packages being stolen by other residents-When spoken to management about that; they say they 'can't do anything about it' even though there are cameras every corner you turn in this building. Location wise This is an awesome property however,the management stuff are not helpful, are not responsive too when it regarding safety issues because you will see bunch of young kids biking inside the parking garage which is unsafe ,going up and down to the floors and going into the gym,the mail room too where all residents package are dropped off.it is a safety matter. The manager doesn’t take any action. The property is not recommended
