This place was recommended by a fellow veteran. I happened to meet with Bernice and she was very helpful. I had signed up with Tarrant County VSO but they were not helpful. Bernice was able to answer my questions and connect me with the people I needed to talk to. I was going to TCC south campus and I was glad to see her helping their vet center too.
Original Experience (Now Updated): When I first visited, I was told they had extended hours on Thursdays and to come in after work. I arrived at 5:45 PM and found the doors locked. At a time when I really needed help, it felt like no one was there—and I left frustrated and dismissed.
