Stray cats, people being loud after quiet time, people still trespassing, office not always open during g business hours, double parking on the road, unsafe activity in neighborhood with excessive company coming and going.
We've lived here 3 years now and not had any problems. I do hope that tree's in the area would be trimmed back so limbs dont fall & damage my home. I do not like $20 each yr hopefully this will change. Careful getting mail or you may be hit by cars zooming over speed bumps not paying attention at all maybe more slow sighns will help cause I worry about my & others safety when getting mail really dangerous. With that said it's not the best but it could be if new owners actually care so we'll see by there actions
