Worst experience ever! NEVER in my life have I ever experienced such shady service for a certified used car. My daughter purchased a gold standard certified 2024 toyota corolla over the weekend at a different location. Out of convenience, she went to Arlington Toyota service in Palatine to get the issue fixed and was told her warranty doesn't apply there and it is an out of pocket repair without even looking at the car!
