Let me start by saying I sincerely REGRET taking my car to Arlington Toyota Collision. This experience has been terrible. I sent an email to both Jesus Donato (Service Manager) and Rish Naran (General Manager) to provide details and seek a resolution. Neither returned phone call or emails. Must assume, they are too busy for a customer that spent thousands of dollars for repair that caused additional problems. If I was in the market for a new car or service, Arlington Toyota would be LAST or not even on my list of places to ... read more
They were amazing and got my car back to me in the time they promised. I would recommend
I’m very happy with the results just took 3 days to fix my 2020 Toyota RAV4 crazy impressive and they update you constantly very great communication and got my car back super clean Thanks a lot Arlington Toyota Certified Collision Repair Center really appreciate
Listen when I tell you, this place was remarkable. I wasn’t even the client. They made me want to get a Toyota car just to get in a collision and take it to them!!!!! That is how amazing they are!!!! But real talk, i am really amazed how fast they fixed my brothers door, bumper etc, not only that the vehicle was returned cleaner than it was when it was dropped off!! People are super friendly and the job was done way sooner then expected, Toyota is definitely dependable and fast!
