I want to thank Jared Carlstrom for being a true professional who cares about customers, deals with insurances on their behalf. He has not only kept me up to date on what was going on with my car and insurance company, but took time to explain possible scenarios and to make sure I understood the situation on order to make right decision. Jared literally defended me when State Farm was going to take advantage of me - he made sure everything worked in my favor. Superior service!!!!!
Jimmy was great to work with. He really went to bat for me and dealt with the insurance company to get everything just right. The car came back in fantastic condition. I definitely made the right choice by going to the Arlington Toyota body shop.
