DONT BUY A HOME IN HERE THE BUILDER IS TRYING TO FORCE THE RESIDENTS TO PAY FOR THE HOLF COURSE THATS LOSING MONEY THERES GOING TO BE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT SHORTLY!
I love this retirement community, neighbors are friendly, great gym and restaurant that I find inexpensive (coming from Miami Beach), different home plans so it looks pleasant and modern, less than five minutes to Publix and Winn Dixie.
