I would not recommend this company to anyone!!! I was just calling to get an estimate for a pressure test and he pretty much told me he would not get I. A bidding war. I wasn't asking him to bid for anything. I just wanted and estimate. He was so rude and basically hung up on me. Called Willie back during Snowmageddon. We had a slab leak repaired by someone else and were concerned when the piping froze. He advised us that the piping that was used to reroute could expand many times due to freezing and should be fine once it thawed out. He was right. It was nice that he called back so quickly when we could not get any other plumbers to even return our calls, even the one who did the original slab leak repair. Willie didn't even charge us then. Willie Sides is the best!!! He has fixed slab leaks, faucets, hot water heaters, and more for me. He is always honest, has great response time and has literally saved me THOUSANDS!!! Willie 's quality is great. When he is done, I know my problem is FIXED!! I highly, highly recommend!!
