,Dena Rietsma failed to mention she'd known me for 30 years,been her plumber since owning her home 15 years+,She contacted me before 6amin the morning saying she had water on her garage floor,during the ice storm,she was hysterical because I wasn't getting my truck out,but offered to drive my jeep to her house,and shut her water off,I blocked her from my phone,social media,I consider her review to be slanderous,and should be removed
I would not recommend this company, He was very rude... I called and he was very short with me when I was explaining to him what was going on with my pipe. He proceeded to say the weather was horrible and he's not driving his vehicle out everybody wants to sue a plumber. Anyway so I asked what should I do he said to just shut off my water. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!! I was just calling to get an estimate for a pressure test and he pretty much told me he would not get I. A bidding war. I wasn't asking him to bid for anything. I just wanted and estimate. He was so rude and basically hung up on me. I called him back and let him know I have never been treated like that ever by a company. At that point I let him know I was disabled and was just trying to find a price we could afford. Called Willie back during Snowmageddon. We had a slab leak repaired by someone else and were concerned when the piping froze. He advised us that the piping that was used to reroute could expand many times due to freezing and should be fine once it thawed out. He was right. It was nice that he called back so quickly when we could not get any other plumbers to even return our calls, even the one who did the original slab leak repair. Willie didn't even charge us then.
