We feel so blessed to have found such an incredible community with friendly neighbors, definitely a coastal vibe, and so many amenities. From the incredible community pool, the boat ramp/slips, beach and fishing dock, and social events we just couldn't ask for anything else.
We are residents of Arlington Place. It's a SUPER place to live and to visit! Comfortable amenities, friendly neighbors, and beautiful natural areas. AP is the highest gated community in Pamlico County. It’s out of the flood plain, so expensive flood insurance is not required by lenders.
