We have been loyal customers here for many years, which makes this experience especially disappointing. We brought in our son’s new car for a routine inspection, including an oil change and additional work. Shortly after picking up the vehicle, it began smoking. When my husband later opened the hood, oil splashed into his eye, which was extremely concerning and unsafe. My family & friends have started to take all their Euro cars here in the last 4 years and they’re absolutely fantastic. First off, they do everything absolutely by the book so you can expect the same work that a dealer would do to be done here and they are Strict with OEM parts because they want it done right. had a flat tire simply asked to fill my air the guy that was in the front desk did not welcome me didn't even make eye contact and straight up sent me to the tire place next door hellooo i had a flat tire all i asked for was air and he ignored me and started talking to the lady that walked in. maybe have someone MORE POLITE in the front desk!!!!!!
I came here with a computer issue in my instrumentation cluster that 5 other shops couldn't figure out as well as front suspension issues. Not only did they pinpoint the computer issue, they offered an alternative to replacing my instrument cluster at over $2,000. They fixed it by bypassing and rewiring the bad computer driver without creating any safety issue with the vehicles systems for less than half the price of replacement.
