Millions of people come every August to watch the Arlington Million Race, which has recently become a part of World Series Racing Championship. It is an ideal place for a family outing as the premises are resplendent with diverse hues. There is also a Kids Junior Jockey Club for the younger ones. Call in advance for tickets.

A "First" for me. Great time with friends and family. Free parking, $10 admission. Friendly and helpful cashiers/workers. Up close with Awesome Horses and Jocks. 9 races and it took me 4 hours to lose what I would have at the casino in 20 minutes!!
We did reserved picnic tables for our mini class reunion. Everything was great. Nice close access to wagering tent. Food and drinks and band were awesome. Wish they had a few more shade trees by the reserved tables. They were all over the free tables. That seems backwards.

Was here on Saturday, 6/3/17. Beautiful park and staff are very helpful and courteous. My complaint has to do with all of the people who are able to smoke anywhere outside. If you have issues with smoke, being on the main level will be an issue for you. In order to place bets, inside, you'd have to pass through all of the smokers (cigarettes and cigars) were the popular choice on this day. It may be better farther up in the grandstand. Fun day at the park! Prices are TOO HIGH for food andd drinks! CRAZY you have to pay to bring a cooler in!! There were 4 of us who bet a good amount of money and usually go there several times a year. Not sure if we will go much anymore 😢
Without a doubt the races we came to yesterday was the best experience we've had at a racecourse in many years. We've been to Canterbury Downs, Churchill Downs, Prairie Meadows as well as others yet our stay yesterday was by far the most enjoyable. Friendly and helpful staff, a bit pricey for food and drinks but not outrageous and an Awesome atmosphere to boot. Many thanks for making it a great experience for my family and I. We'll definitely be coming back again.
We just love it ! It's so family friendly, we reserved a picnic table and brought a cooler with food and water and Pop...saved a lot of $$ just a great family day 😊 we will be back soon ~~
Took my uncle on May 29 and we had a blast. We really enjoyed it. Lots of fun.
