My experience with Arlington Heights Nissan was not all bad. I took my car in for a recall and oil change and the representative Matthew, who met me was absolutely wonderful and so helpful. My problem was the shuttle. I had to wait 30 minutes to get back to work and I was late and then trying to get a shuttle to have them come get me to pick up my car no one ever answered, and I had to pay for an Uber to go get my car. I had called multiple times for a shuttle pick up. No one answered. No one texted me back and at that time ... read more
I was really pleased with the service today. John was very courteous and respectful not only with me, but with all the customers I saw him interacting with. He kept me updated as my car was being serviced and the entire team was very efficient in getting the work done quickly!
