Had an appointment at 12pm, came 10 minutes late because the address on the doctor's referral was incorrect. Someone needs to update the address. Was told by the receptionist they would take care of us in a little bit. Waited one hour, the receptionist kept telling us wait another second. Blatantly huge lie. We got frustrated and left. Didn't meet Doctor Frederick, but he seemed nice and professional. Overall experience... frustrated and left. Kept trying to persuade to stay for longer to see doc.
