What an absolute amazing way to honor all those that have gave there all for us. I don't want to ruin a lot of things for others but if you come here and ask a lot of questions. There is so many interesting facts to learn while here about so many things. I would highly suggest going on a tour if you want to learn a lot and not have to walk crazy far. It could easily take you a full day to get around the whole cemetery. Don't be afraid to ask for a map to a loved one or a certain place in the cemetery.
So much history, so much pride, sacrifice and honor across many wars and other global conflicts. Tomb of the unknown soldier is my favorite, but visiting General Lee's house at the top overlooking the Lincoln Memorial was a great spot.
