This is the 2nd time I have brought my civic in for a repair - Tom really seems motivated to do whatever is necessary to fix the problem presented and not go overboard with work that is not necessary. My car is old and he recognizes that in some situations a simple bandage is all that is really needed. I would not hesitate to bring a car that needs attention to him.
I was planning to go to Meineke but changed my mind at the last minute and I'm glad I did. I went there without an appointment and even though they didn't get me in right away, they were able to fit me in later that day (gave me time to run the errands I needed done) at the price quoted (very reasonable in my experience) and fast (1 1/2 hrs in/out). Excellent work. I have a 2011 Audi A6 and went to upgrade my exhaust system with Magnaflow exhausts. Service was great, took around 1 hour to fabricate and install. Sounds great and looks great. The cost was 25% of what other places quoted. I highly reccomend going there for any work needed. Thanks for the excellent service!

Although I live an hour away from this shop but I still go there for any exhaust or muffler work, this guy wont ever cheat you and the prices are most competitive. Highly recommend!
