The most rude and disrespectful parts guy I've ever spoken with. And you will never find a decent deal on anything in this store. Shop SLM in Arlington, they are the best in the business

Was trying to get info about some parts for my bike that I was not sure I wanted to order yet. The parts manager told me he would not give me part number or info unless I was going to order from them. Then when ask to speak with ROB the store manager he got rude an hung up on me. Definitely reaching out to Yamaha on this one. not a great way to represent YAMAHA brand or great customer service.

When you called our shop, you told us that you wanted part numbers to order from somewhere other than our shop.
