Caitlin went above and beyond in helping me resolve my oil change issue. This is the type of service every service department should immitate.
If you truly do need help with repairs or motorcycles issues go elsewhere...after dealing with KATELIN , most insulting person who does not know what she is doing there or how to help customers in need....I tried to complain to Robert the manager but no such luck. She mask her rudeness and ignorance with a soft voice...take your business elsewhere if you need anything motorcycles repair.
Nearing two years late here but felt like I should give credit where it's due; bought myself a wonderful R7 from here in September of '24 and they gave me the cheapest deal in all of DFW as well as A1 service. Everything was seamless and stress-free, and I will definitely be looking to purchase my next motorcycle here whenever the time comes.
