Julio is a very exceptional and professional staff that made my buying experience easy. He has good knowledge of the products he sell and good customer service skill. Mitch, the owner of the shop made me feel at home and even the shipping/delivery was prompt. I reside here in Northern California (Bay Area) and the Kawasaki bike that I bought was a beauty.
