Beware! I showed up for a reservation I made a month before and was checking in when I watched the person put my driver's license and my credit card in a scanner. I asked him to stop and asked what he was doing. He said, I have to take a copy of your driver's license and credit card so that they can run it in the morning. I said, that's not safe. I booked a room and had a confirmation number from the Inn and Priceline, but upon arrival was told that they were over booked and didn't have a room for us. I had called earlier that week and talked to a woman to let her know that we might be arriving after 9:00pm and she said she would make a notation on our reservation. Showed up last night to check in after CALLING and reserving a room with them a week prior, asked if we should just book online or over the phone and receptionist said over the one would work perfect, gave them our card information, the time we would be checking in and they said we were good to go. Went to check in yesterday and front desk told us there was nothing reserved for us and then offered zero help and no recommendation on where else we could stay last minute when it was 7pm.
