Dr. Landry and NP Emmons provide me fantastic care! The office staff are solid. The in house lab draw woman is quick and as painless as can be.
Practice changed its reschedule policy without alerting patients. MyChart allows an appointment to be rescheduled within 24 hours, but does not indicate that this results in a no-show fee. The office staff was very rude about this situation. Specifically calling out Mary who works at this office as very rude.
I've been seeing Dr. Landry for several years now. I was nervous about finding a new doctor after my previous doc retired. My worries were put at ease on my first appointment. Dr. Landry takes time to listen and answer questions. She is also thorough and explains things well. I'm glad that I was able to find such a good doctor.
Wonderful staff and very thorough care always putting you first.
