Do not let the beauty of this venue fool you. While the property itself is stunning, the management completely overshadowed what should have been one of the best days of our lives. Working with Christy was, without exaggeration, the worst part of our wedding experience. Communication was disorganized and frustrating from the start, and during the event itself, she was rude, dismissive, and at times openly hostile. I liked the fact that some servers came out with big trays of food and went around in the crowd for people to snack on. Some people went to the side table for cheese and crackers. Another area the children could get a bowl of gumbo or some boudin. The server outfits were clean and dressy.
Arlington Mansion was the perfect space for my son's rehearsal dinner. They promptly answered my questions and were extremely accommodating. They helped to assure that the evening was intimate, ran smoothly, and quickly turned over for the next day's wedding. Arlington assured that every detail from booking to the promptly returned deposit was made easy. I'm grateful for the beautiful atmosphere and the support provided.
I had my wedding here on March 28, 2026 and everything was beyond perfect! The home itself is breathtaking and the venue staff are amazing to work with. Courtney and her husband made the process smooth and stress free and I couldn’t be more thankful. Definitely recommend sleeping the night before and the night of your wedding!
