I have employed the services of this company twice. First for my snowblower and the last for my lawnmover. Regarding my snowblower, the owner Paul came as scheduled and pickup my snowblower and repaired it. Since it was passed the manufacturer's warranty, he on his own, contacted the manufacturer on my behalf and successfully got concession from them to my benefit. I don't know what anyone is talking about on this website but this man has the best work around. He takes pride in ur machine and he is a warranty company for Powersmart, caterpillar, MTD, Husqvarna, Cub Cadet, Briggs & Stratton, and Generac. He warranties all these comapanies in the tri-state area and New York. He's been in business for 50+ years and one man says everything is broken inside the building, it's a repair shop that fixes machines. What if u walked into a shop and saw nothing in there? Most horrible experience ever. Biggest lazy liar don't know how he's still in business wound up taking back my snowblower after a month he had the balls to charge me $100. For labor he claimed he looked at it. Stay away from this rude no tooth one leg M. F.
WHERE do I begin. We brought our power washer to this "Generac repair Center" and upon arriving....you got to be kidding me. This place reminded me of an off woods "Jack of ALL Trades, Master of None" garage. They had SO many busted power equipment that it looks like they know what they are doing, but I don't think a hammer and a screw driver banging on a poor customers snow blower wood be appreciated. Very poor customer service. Slow service. I would advise anybody and everybody to stay away from this place.
Alert ! Do not even dare to be close of this pseudo-repair place. They will keep your stuff until you give them a estimate fee that never was said to you before or warned you. Be careful they will rip you off. their modus operandi is they said they need to keep your machine even for little things so evident that you are telling them in advance, even though they will insist to keep and call you and a few days. The worst place to have your snowblower or lawn mower fixed very nasty and he does not fix anything to factory spec. i would never bring anything there to be fixed again!!! and he never gives a Receipt i would not trust him
