Great Bikram yoga studio
Been going for over four months and want to say a great experience! The instructors are great and recognize that all students are at different levels. I love how the instructors gently correct you in doing your moves correctly. I’ve always said we’ll do the same thing we did today tomorrow unless shown differently. A wonderful body and mind experience!
First Timer at this studio and I was very impressed. Kym G. was the instructor. The studio is very cozy, clean and welcoming. Diverse class (age, gender, ethnicity and ability) and everyone that I encountered was very nice. Kym was very encouraging and supportive. Showers are available with a-lot of storagespace and cubbies for those (like me-who have multiple bags) that need to shower and go after class. The class was amazing ! This was my first and definitely not my last I loved it so much it was definitely a new experience. I’m just used to group fitness at Orangetheory this was definitely a new experience. Definitely hydrate a lot before going I did get dizzy in the middle of the class because I didn’t drink at all before the class which was my fault.
