This business is like a megachurch, they are only doing what they do for your money. This ‘hospital’ does not care about your pet, your companion, your furry family member. They care about charging you. Your pet has an emergency? Well they are too busy but maybe for the right amount if you’re able to pay up front, well maybe just maybe they can take a look, take a few x-rays, then maybe give you a referral to an emergency vet. We really like these guys! We've taken our little boy up here for an ultrasound per our regular vet, and everyone was very friendly and professional. They are animal people, which surprisingly isn't the case at all vets. The Dr was very knowledgeable and really took his time to check him out and explain things to us about what was found - again, don't get that everywhere. The same front desk person has been my point of contact for almost all phone calls, which is really convenient to not have to re-explain things, and she's ... read more
This place has always been good to me and my pets. I always try to see Doctor Dale, since he has seen my cats for over 15 years. However all of the staff are lovely, quick to answer questions, and really care about the animals.
