This store has the worst customer service in the world beware they will not take back defective items! Purchased Christmas lights that burnt out or had some sort of defect that caused 3 strands of lights to go out and would not return them. Also very deceptive on their pricing, bought these same lights on sale and then went to exchange for a different color and then charged me full price! I am a public school teacher. Today I stopped by this store to get color-coded key rings for two very identical keys. I was accused by the owner, Tim Gale, of shoplifting and was asked to empty my pockets. The owner and store manager was asked to view the camera footage prior to accusing a responsible community member of such a crime.
