I can't get through to a specialist for the second day. I have an urgent question and I call there every few hours. The woman forwards my call, but they don't pick up the phone and also ignore my voice messages
I've been coming to AH Ford's service department ever since I got my 2017 GT350R because the service is always flawless. I came in about a month ago to diagnose what I thought was going to be an AC compressor isssue. Thankfully the tech doing the service knew something else was up, pulled the heads and identified some serious internal issues common to the first generation of these engines.
