Great location to 315 as well as being in Upper Arlington
Pros: good neighborhood, close to downtown, cheap for the area, controller access building, they are quick to respond to maintenance repairs Cons: this building is OLD, I’m pretty sure the foundation is cracked because the apartment leans to the right more than it did when I first moved in. The AC and heat cannot be on at the same time for the whole building, it’s either air or heat and the leasing manager decides when it’s time to turn one or the other on or off. The hourglass was a nice touch!
I’m trying to rent an apartment with them because their prices are reasonable, but the management is very slow and unresponsive. You can’t schedule a showing.
