A professional, friendly and very helpful place.Was treated very well & staff seemed to have a realdesire to be as helpful as possible.Low-keyed & received exceptional service.Fitted with excellent hearing aides.Audiologist took lots of time with me to makesure I understood my new hearing aides.It was a pleasure getting my new hearing aidesat Sonus.
Terrance is the most caring audiologist and it is very important to him that you are satisfied with your hearing aids and follow-ups. He will always find the time to be of help to you.
I sent one of my patients here who was having difficulty with finding a good Audiologist. She reported that "You couldn't find nicer people" and that the staff was extremely courteous. I have added them to my list of resources for future patients.
Very independent! Hard to find anyone there or answer phone in Lewes. Have had 3 sets of hearing aids ( not cheap ones) and could and cannot hear with any of them and they have to keep sending them back to factory.
I purchased a pair of Oticon hearing aids two years ago. Last year I had them cleaned and picked up a new hearing aid pocket holder and another card of ear domes. No Charge Today I went in because my right ear hearing aid suddenly lost all the faintest volume. Chris cleaned my aids, replaced the speaker, gave me a new pocket holder and another card of ear domes. Once again no charge. First class service and first class hearing aids. First class all around.

Wonderful service, great product, caring staff
The audiologists are competent, caring, and polite.
The staff is friendly and wonderful. Dr. Maria is so kind and patient. This is not your ordinary doctors office. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who experiences any type of hearing loss.
