Terrible. Today my husband called around 1:00 and asked if you had 110 square feet of saint Augustine, he was told yes, he then asked what time do you close-he was told 5:00. He showed up at 4:30 to a locked establishment and called you from the front door. The guy on the phone told him there was no Saint Augustine??! We have bought/had delivered large amounts of grass in the past. Never again. Customer service should be everything to small business owners!!
In a lot of ways they could improve. Customer service for one.
RecommendedArlington Grass responded to our request for speedy installation of one pallet of grass before our granddaughter’s graduation party with amazing speed! The Extreme Team came in just a matter of days, moved with speed and deliberation, and had the job completed almost before we could realize they were actually doing the do for us. The team finished, left everything in great shape, and were gone. Shortly after their departure, the supervisor came to the house to see how they’d done and to instruct on care of the new grass.
