I was a referral patient. First appointment waited 2 hours, only for him to walk in and say, "we need to reschedule you; they did not send your test results with the referral." Which was not true, and even if it were, my tests were done at Medical City to which he has access to all his patients test results as does the patient. My insurance was billed over $500 for an "office visit" for him to say, 1 sentence. Insurance scam 100%. Needless to say, I found another Gastroenterologist.
